About Me

“My passion for helping others began when I sought support for my own mental health. As a boarding school survivor, I had learned from a very young age to face challenges alone, making it difficult to reach out for help.”

As a teenager, I turned to alcohol as a way to cope with social anxiety and fear. This pattern continued into adulthood, where my struggles evolved into addictions to alcohol, drugs, and shopping. My life became dysfunctional — until I chose recovery. Putting down these self-destructive coping mechanisms allowed me to rediscover myself and find a new path.

With years of personal recovery experience, I deepened my understanding by earning a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Integrative Counselling. Through both lived experience and professional training, I have come to believe that healing is rooted in healthy relationships, connection, empathy, unconditional love, and honesty. This journey has led me to my true purpose of helping others navigate their own mental health and emotional well-being.

My Approach

In therapy, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your challenges, feelings, and experiences. I understand how self-sabotage, fear, and shame can keep you stuck, and I am here to help you replace those patterns with self-compassion, self-acceptance, and healing.

Using a relational approach, I support individuals struggling with:

✔ Self-esteem
✔ Depression, anxiety, and stress
✔ Grief and trauma
✔ Addiction-related challenges
✔ Neurodiversity and personality disorders

How I Can Help

I work with you one-to-one, guiding you to reconnect with yourself and integrate the parts of you that feel lost or disowned. Therapy is an opportunity to heal past wounds, gain self-awareness, and move forward with clarity and strength. Together, we can work towards empowerment, authenticity, and lasting change.

If you're ready to take the next step, I would be honoured to support you on your journey.
